Gratin of Avocado and Kimchi
Avocado is nutritious food. And kimchi is fermented food. This recipe is good for health.

- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp Kimchi
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Melted cheese
- a lot Love
Take the avocado out of its skin (but save the skin).
Chop the kimchi and cut the avocado into bite-size pieces.
Mix the kimchi, avocado, mayonnaise, 1tbsp of cheese, and love.
Put 3 into the skin of the avocado.
Put the other 1tbsp of cheese on top.
Grill 5 in the oven at 200℃ for 10 min.
