Gratin of Avocado and Kimchi

Avocado is nutritious food. And kimchi is fermented food. This recipe is good for health.

Ingredient

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Kimchi 
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Melted cheese
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Take the avocado out of its skin (but save the skin).
  • Chop the kimchi and cut the avocado into bite-size pieces.
  • Mix the kimchi, avocado, mayonnaise, 1tbsp of cheese, and love.
  • Put 3 into the skin of the avocado.
  • Put the other 1tbsp of cheese on top.
  • Grill 5 in the oven at 200℃ for 10 min.
