Potatoes with Genovese sauce

Potatoes and Genovese sauce is really good combination. You can use Genovese sauce for any food.

Ingredient

  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Genovese sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cheese powder
  • 4 Basil leaves
  • A lot Love

Genovese sauce

  • 15 g Pine seeds
  • 60 g Basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 30 g Extra virgin olive oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Steam the potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
  • Mix the Genovese sauce, cheese powder, 1, and love well.
  • Serve with basil leaves

Genovese sauce

  • Put the pine seeds into a grinder.
  • Add the basil leaves and salt to 1 and mix well.
  • Add half of the oil to 2 and mix well.
  • Add the remaining oil to 3 and mix well.
