Tomato stuffed with buckwheat seeds

Buckwheat seeds is one of superfood. It has a lot of minerals.

Ingredient

  • 40 g Buckwheat seeds
  • 200 cc Water
  • a little Salt
  • 2 Tomatoes(medium- size)
  • 40 g Minced chicken
  • a little Salt
  • 2 tbsp Wheat gluten
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 50 g Melting cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Put the buckwheat seeds, water, and salt into a pan. Boil over high heat until the water boils, then turn to low heat for 15 minutes and finally remove from heat and cool.
  • Cut 1 mm from the bottom of the tomatoes and 5mm from their tops.
  • Scoop out the insides from 2.
  • Mix the minced chicken, salt, soaked wheat gluten with milk, and love well.
  • Put 4 into 3 and bake on frying pan with olive oil for 1minute.
  • Put melting cheese on 5, Put the tops of tomatoes at the side of 5, and bake at 200℃ for 10minutes.
  • When finished baking, put the tops of the tomatoes on top of 5 and serve
