Walnut Cake
It is really soft Japanese sweet. Walnuts and rice cake are good combination.

- 50 g Glutinous rice flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 80 cc Water
- 10 cc Soy sauce
- 30 g Walnut
- a lot Love
- 2 tbsp Starch of dog-tooth violet
Mix the glutinous rice flour, sugar, water, soy sauce and love.
Put 1 into a microwave for 3 min.
Add walnuts to 2.
Put 3 on a cooking sheet and spread thin.
Put 4 into the refrigerator.
Cut 5 into suitable- size pieces.
