Thin sliced pork with black sesame sauce
Black sesame has a lot of sesamin. It is one of food to prevent the life style related disease. It goes well with pork.

- 200 g Thin sliced pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 Ladyfingers
- 1 tbsp Black sesame paste
- 1/2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Korean Miso
- 1 tbsp Black sesame
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- A lot Love
Cut the thin sliced pork into 5cm strips
Mix grated ginger and 1.
Stir-fry 2 with sesame oil in a frying pan.
Take 3 out of the frying pan
Cut the ladyfingers into 1cm strips and slice the onion then stir-fry them with sesame oil in the frying pan.
Put 4 into 5 and season with the black sesame paste, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine, Korean miso, and love.
Sprinkle black sesame on 6 and serve.
