Plum noodles

Its cool noodle makes your body cool in hot days. Plum kills germs and prevents food poisoning.

Ingredient

  • 300 g Japanese noodles
  • 1 Japanese ginger
  • 4 pieces Japanese basil
  • 1 Sour plum
  • 300 cc Broth
  • 2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • a little Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Chop the Japanese basil, Japanese ginger, and spring onion.
  • Make a broth with kelp and bonito.
  • Chop the sour plum.
  • Add the white soy sauce, mirin, salt, rice vinegar, 3 and love to 2.
  • Boil the Japanese noodles and then wash well with cold water.
  • Put 5 in bowls, add 4, sprinkle 1 on top, and serve.
