Soy residue with sweet potato
Soy residue is rich in nutrition. It goes well with rice.

- 250 g Soy residue
- 1 Carrot
- 3 Dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 Fried tofu
- 1 Sweet potato
- 100 g Minced chicken
- 500 cc Broth
- 2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp White soy sauce
- a little Salt
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 5 Chives
- a lot Love
Soak dried shiitake mushroom in water until its tender.
Cut 1, carrot, and sweet potato into 1 cm cubes
Put sesame oil into a frying pan then fry 2, with minced chicken, and soy pulp well.
Pour broth into 3.(Broth covers 3)
Add seasonings and love to 4
Continuously stir 5 well over a law flame.
Sprinkle chopped chives on top and serve.
