Taro and mushroom soup

Ingredient

  • 300 cc Broth
  • 60 g Taro
  • 30 g Minced pork
  • 1/4 bunch Enoki mushroom
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
  • a lot Spring onion
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Warm the broth.
  • Put minced pork into 1 little by little.
  • Put Enoki mushroom, grated ginger, grated taro,white soy sauce , and love into 2
  • Add salt to 3 to taste.
  • Pour 4 into a soup bowl and add chopped spring onions.
