Radish soup
Star shape is cute. It is good for Christmas.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredient
- 300 cc Broth
- 25 g Radish
- 2 tbsp Potato flower
- 2 Carrot
- 2 Trefoil
- 1 tsp Yuzu pepper
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Slice the radish with a peeler.
- Coat the radish with potato flower
- Steam the carrot and cut into star shapes with a cutter.
- Warm the broth and put the yuzu pepper and love into it.
- Add 2 to 4.
- Pour 4 into a soup bowl and add the carrots and trefoil.
