Thin Japanese basil pancake

It is healthy pancake. It is good for snack

Ingredient

Wheat flour dough

  • 20 Japanese basil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame
  • 150 g Flour
  • 30 g Rice flour
  • 300 cc Water
  • 4 tbsp Melt cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sesame
  • a lot Love

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame
  • a little Japanese pepper

Instructions

  • Mix water, flour, rice flour, and love well.
  • Put sesame and chopped Japanese basil into 1.
  • Put sesame oil in a frying pan and fry half of 2.
  • Fry both side.
  • Put melt cheese on a frying pan under the pancake.
  • Mix seasoning of sauce.
  • Cut 5 into 8pieces and eat with 6.
