Winter melon jelly

Winter melon is not only for meal but for dessert. It tastes really delicate.

Ingredient

  • 200 g Winter melon
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 200 cc Water
  • 200 cc Apple juice
  • 45 g Sugar
  • 15 g Agar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Peel the winter melon and cut into 1cm square.
  • Mix sugar and 1, then heat in a 700 W microwave for 5 min.
  • Mix agar and sugar.
  • Put 3 into boiling water to melt.
  • Add apple juice and love to 4.
  • Pour 5 into 5 bowls.
  • Put whipping cream and leaves on top and serve as shown above.
