Winter melon jelly
Winter melon is not only for meal but for dessert. It tastes really delicate.

- 200 g Winter melon
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 200 cc Water
- 200 cc Apple juice
- 45 g Sugar
- 15 g Agar
- a lot Love
Peel the winter melon and cut into 1cm square.
Mix sugar and 1, then heat in a 700 W microwave for 5 min.
Mix agar and sugar.
Put 3 into boiling water to melt.
Add apple juice and love to 4.
Pour 5 into 5 bowls.
Put whipping cream and leaves on top and serve as shown above.
