Red and white dumping soup
Red and white means happiness. It is good for pleasure meal.
Servings: 2 people
Ingredient
- 30 g Rice flour
- 30 g Tofu
- a little Red food coloring
- 300 cc Broth
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp White soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- a little Skin of Yuzu
- 2 tbsp Spring onion
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Mix rice flour and tofu well.
- Put red food coloring into half of 1 and mix well.
- Make 2 bowls each and boil.
- Warm broth and put cooking wine, white soy sauce, salt.
- Put 3 with love into 4.
- Pour 5 into bowls, put thin cut yuzu and chopped spring onion and serve.
