Mix apple and walnuts with tofu
Making tofu, apple, and walnuts salad is really simple but it is healthy.

- 75 g Tofu
- 2 tbsp Grated sesame
- 1 tbsp White miso
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 Apple
- 30 g Walnut
- a lot Love
Drain off water from tofu.
Bake walnut for 7 minutes in 180 ℃, then cut into chunks.
Cut apple into 1cm cubes.
Mix 1, grated sesame, sugar, and white miso.
Mix 2, 3, and 4, with love well and serve.
