Mix apple and walnuts with tofu

Making tofu, apple, and walnuts salad is really simple but it is healthy.

Ingredient

  • 75 g Tofu
  • 2 tbsp Grated sesame
  • 1 tbsp White miso
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Apple
  • 30 g Walnut
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Drain off water from tofu.
  • Bake walnut for 7 minutes in 180 ℃, then cut into chunks.
  • Cut apple into 1cm cubes.
  • Mix 1, grated sesame, sugar, and white miso.
  • Mix 2, 3, and 4, with love well and serve.
