Ginkgoes rice

Ginkgoes are harvested in autumn. They look like gold on rice.

Ingredient

  • 30 Ginkgoes
  • 3 C Rice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Peel skin of ginkgoes.
  • Put all in a rice cooker and cook as usual.
