Heart shaped rice
It is good dish for Valentine. This shape and color are cute and taste good.
Ingredient
- 3 C Rice
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 3 C Water
- 2 pieces White cloud ear mushroom
- 1 tsp Smoked salt
- 4 Sour plum
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Wash rice and pour water.
- Soak white cloud ear mushroom in water then chop.
- Mix 1and1.
- Add cooking wine to 3 and cook.
- Mix smoked salt and half of 4 and chopped sour plum and the other half of 4.
- Make heart shape like four-leaf clover
