Sushi in fried tofu

This yellow one isn't egg. Guess what is it?

Ingredient

  • 3 C Rice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 piece Kelp
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 9 pieces Fried tofu
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Mirin
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 400 cc Broth
  • 50 g Dried young sardine
  • 2 Sour plums
  • 2 pieces Fried tofu
  • 2 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp White soy sauce
  • 1 pc Spinach
  • 3 tbsp Sesame
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice then put kelp and add cooking wine and water and wait for an hour and half.
  • Remove kelp and cook rice.
  • Put cooked rice into a bowl and add vinegar, salt, and sugar.
  • Cut fried tofu into half then open the inside and cook with broth, soy sauce, mirin, with love.
  • Mix dried young sardine and chopped sour plum.
  • Thin slice fried tofu then stir-fry with turmeric and white soy sauce.
  • Boil spinach then mix sesame, sugar, and soy sauce
  • Put 3 into 4 then decorate 5,6, and 7 on top as shown above and serve.
