Onion and corn rice

This is sweet rice. Corncob becomes good broth.

Ingredient

  • 3 cup Rice
  • 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1.5 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Corn
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Wash rice and wait for 1hour and a half.
  • Throw away water from 1 and put seasoning and water again to water level.
  • Separate corn, corncob, and corn silk. Cut corn silk in 1cm.
  • Put 3, onion, and love in 2 and cook.
  • Finally, add olive oil in 4 and serve.
