Mix summer radish and plum
Sour plum is good for health. It has a lot of mineral and calcium.

- 5 cm Radish
- 2 tbsp Dried young sardine
- 1 Sour plum
- 1 tsp White soy sauce
- 2 tsp Green laver
- a lot Love
Cut radish into 1cm quarter slices and heat for 1min. in the microwave.
Remove the seed from the sour plum and chop it.
Mix 1 and 2 to dried young sardine, white soy sauce and add love to it.
Put green laver on 3 and serve.
