Mix summer radish and plum

Sour plum is good for health. It has a lot of mineral and calcium.

Ingredient

  • 5 cm Radish
  • 2 tbsp Dried young sardine
  • 1 Sour plum
  • 1 tsp White soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Green laver
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut radish into 1cm quarter slices and heat for 1min. in the microwave.
  • Remove the seed from the sour plum and chop it.
  • Mix 1 and 2 to dried young sardine, white soy sauce and add love to it.
  • Put green laver on 3 and serve.
