Lotus roots and red Japanese basil alt dumpling
Lotus roots have tannin and vitamin C. It is chewy dumpling.

- 150 g Lotus roots
- 1 tbsp Egg white
- 2 tsp Red Japanese basil salt
- 1 tbsp Potato flour
- 3 Sweet Lotus seeds
- A lot Love
Grate lotus roots.
Add egg white, red Japanese basil salt to 1 with love.
Put 2 into 3 baking containers and put sweet lotus seeds on top.
Steam 3 for 10 minutes.
