Lotus roots and red Japanese basil alt dumpling

Lotus roots have tannin and vitamin C. It is chewy dumpling.

Ingredient

  • 150 g Lotus roots
  • 1 tbsp Egg white
  • 2 tsp Red Japanese basil salt
  • 1 tbsp Potato flour
  • 3 Sweet Lotus seeds
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Grate lotus roots.
  • Add egg white, red Japanese basil salt to 1 with love.
  • Put 2 into 3 baking containers and put sweet lotus seeds on top.
  • Steam 3 for 10 minutes.
