Lotus seeds scone

Lotus seeds has a lot of potassium to get rid of swelling.

Ingredient

  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 80 g Butter
  • 60 cc Milk
  • 30 g Sweet lotus seeds
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix flour and baking powder.
  • Add butter to 1 and mix well.
  • Add sugar and salt to 2 with love.
  • Pour milk into 3.
  • Thin slice sweet lotus seeds.
  •  Mix 5 with 4.
  • Stretch 6 to 5cm thick and die cut with scone cutter.
  • Bake 7 for 13 minutes at 200℃
  • Eat with clotted cream and sweet green beans paste.
