Grilled lotus roots

- 450 g Lotus roots
- 3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- A lot Love
Cut lotus roots into strips.
Pour sesame oil into frying pan and bake 1 until color turns brown.
Put oyster sauce and balsamic vinegar with love into 2.
Serve with vegetable.
It’s really chewy and tasty.
