Grilled lotus roots

Ingredient

  • 450 g Lotus roots
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut lotus roots into strips.
  • Pour sesame oil into frying pan and bake 1 until color turns brown.
  • Put oyster sauce and balsamic vinegar with love into 2.
  • Serve with vegetable.

Notes

It’s really chewy and tasty.
