2-colored clams

Clam and chicken are good combination. Beautiful color is good for girl's festival in Japan.

Ingredient

  • 6 Clams
  • 100 cc Cooking wine
  • 150 g Minced chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Potato starch
  • 2 Boiled egg
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Put the clams into a pan with the cooking wine.
  • Heat 1 until the clams open.
  • Take the clam meat out from the clam shells and chop it.
  • Mix 3, minced chicken, salt, potato starch, the soup from 2, with love.
  • Put 4 into the clam shells.
  • Steam 5 for 15min.
  • Separate the egg whites and yolks and strain them separately.
  • Sprinkle the strained yolks on one side of 6 and the strained whites on the other.
