Apple Chiffon Cake

Ingredient

  • 1 Apple
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 5 Eggs
  • 100 g Granulated sugar
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Grate the apples and set aside.
  • Sift flour and baking powder.
  • Mix olive oil and water.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  • Mix the yolks well, then beat in the sugar in 3 parts.
  • Beat the whites to stiff peaks.
  • Add 3 and 2 to 5 and mix well
  • Add 1 to 7.
  • Add 6 to 8 and mix well, then pour the mixture into a chiffon cake mold.
  • Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.

Notes

* Turn the cake upside down and set aside to cool.
Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar and matcha (powdered green tea) to make it even more festive for Christmas.
