Grate the apples and set aside.
Sift flour and baking powder.
Mix olive oil and water.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Mix the yolks well, then beat in the sugar in 3 parts.
Beat the whites to stiff peaks.
Add 3 and 2 to 5 and mix well
Add 1 to 7.
Add 6 to 8 and mix well, then pour the mixture into a chiffon cake mold.
Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
