Cut winter melon into a bite-size pieces, chamfer and boil until soft.
Remove stems from lady fingers and boil quickly.
Put broth, sake, mirin, and white soy sauce with love in a pan and heat.
Add3 to 1 and simmer slowly.
When the winter melon becomes tender, turn off the heat.
Add 2 to 5.
Mix potato starch and water.
Just before eating, thicken the sauce with 7.
Arrange winter melon and garnish with lady finger,then pour soup.
