Simple simmered fish with sansho (Japanese pepper) flavor

- 2 pieces Slices of fish
- 50 cc Water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Japanese cooking wine
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Japanese pepper
- a lot Love
Grate any available fish such as horse mackerel,mackerel, or sea bream into three pieces.
Put water, sugar, Japanese cooking wine, soy sauce,and salt with love in a frying pan and bring to a boil.
When 2 comes to a boil, put in the Japanese pepper.
Simmer over low heat until the amount of liquid in3 is reduced to half.
*Simmering fish with Japanese pepper is a summer dish that is slightly spicy and leaves you with a refreshing feeling after eating.
