Pickled cucumber

Ingredient

  • 1 Cucumber
  • a pinch Salt
  • 50 cc Soy sauce
  • 50 cc Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Japanese ginger
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut cucumber into pieces and season with salt.
  • Mix soy sauce, mirin and love
  • Boil 2 and chill.
  • Add sesame oil to 3.
  • Squeeze 1 and dip it in 4.
  • Arrange 5 in a bowl and garnish with slices of Japanese ginger on top.

Notes

*It is good for summer to get rid of the heat from our body.
