- 1 Cucumber
- a pinch Salt
- 50 cc Soy sauce
- 50 cc Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Japanese ginger
- a lot Love
Cut cucumber into pieces and season with salt.
Mix soy sauce, mirin and love
Boil 2 and chill.
Add sesame oil to 3.
Squeeze 1 and dip it in 4.
Arrange 5 in a bowl and garnish with slices of Japanese ginger on top.
*It is good for summer to get rid of the heat from our body.
