Boil Japanese spinach(komatsuna), chop and drain.
Mix 1 with sugar, white soy sauce and white sesame seeds.
Put minced pork, sake, mirin, sugar and soy sauce in a pot and simmer.
Mix eggs, sake, mirin, sugar, salt and make scramble egg with olive oil.
Serve rice in a bowl and top with 2, 3, 4 and love.
