Ingredient

  • 140 g Dried buckwheat noodles
  • 1/2 Spring onion
  • 4 pieces Kamaboko
  • 700 cc Broth(kelp and tuna)
  • 50 cc Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
  • 50 cc Soy sauce
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Boil dried buckwheat noodles
  • Make soup stock by Broth, mirin and soy sauce.
  • Cut spring onion into thin slices, rinse thoroughly with water, and squeeze out.
  • Cut 4 thin slices of Kamaboko (fish paste)
  • Put 1 in a bowl, top with 3 and 4, and pour 2gently

Notes

This soba is a refreshing dish. Please enjoy it instead of soup.
