- 140 g Dried buckwheat noodles
- 1/2 Spring onion
- 4 pieces Kamaboko
- 700 cc Broth(kelp and tuna)
- 50 cc Mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- 50 cc Soy sauce
- a lot Love
Boil dried buckwheat noodles
Make soup stock by Broth, mirin and soy sauce.
Cut spring onion into thin slices, rinse thoroughly with water, and squeeze out.
Cut 4 thin slices of Kamaboko (fish paste)
Put 1 in a bowl, top with 3 and 4, and pour 2gently
This soba is a refreshing dish. Please enjoy it instead of soup.
