Stir-fried wakame seaweed and ginger

  • 60 g Salted wakame seaweed
  • 1 piece a sprig of ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a lot Love


  • Wash and remove salt from wakameseaweed and soak in water for 20 minutes.
  • Cut 1 into bite-sized pieces.
  • Pour boiling water over 2.
  • Finely chop ginger.
  • Put sesame oil in a frying pan andfry 4.
  • Add 2 to 5 and fry briefly.
  • Add soy sauce and love to 6. Addsalt to taste.


*Wakame is one of the very healthy food with full of minerals. It also contains the water-soluble dietary fiber alginic acid, which helps to slow the rise in postprandial blood sugar and lower cholesterol levels.
