Stir-fried wakame seaweed and ginger

- 60 g Salted wakame seaweed
- 1 piece a sprig of ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp 1/2 teaspoon salt
- a lot Love
Wash and remove salt from wakameseaweed and soak in water for 20 minutes.
Cut 1 into bite-sized pieces.
Pour boiling water over 2.
Finely chop ginger.
Put sesame oil in a frying pan andfry 4.
Add 2 to 5 and fry briefly.
Add soy sauce and love to 6. Addsalt to taste.
*Wakame is one of the very healthy food with full of minerals. It also contains the water-soluble dietary fiber alginic acid, which helps to slow the rise in postprandial blood sugar and lower cholesterol levels.
