Ingredient

  • 30 g Boiled soybeans
  • 1 piece Chinese cabbage
  • 20 g Carrots
  • 1/2 sheet Fried tofu
  • 2 cups Boiled soybean water
  • 1 tbsp Soybean paste
  • 1/2 Leek
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Put boiled soybeans in a bag and crush by hand to make a paste.
  • Cut Chinese cabbage and carrot into chunks, and fried tofu into thin strips.
  • Boil 2 in soybean water until soft.
  • Serve 4 in a bowl and add chopped green onion.

Notes

*Soy beans soup is very delicious. Make sure to taste this nutritious soup that is rich in isoflavones!
