- 100 g Wheat flour
- 100 g Rice flour
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- 20 g Soybean flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 40 g Rapeseed oil
- 40 cc Soy milk
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 50 g Sweet sake
- 50 g Soy beans
- a lot Love
Sift together flour, rice flour, baking powder, and soybean flour.
Add salt and rapeseed oil to 1 and knead well.
When the mixture is smooth, add maple syrup, sweet sake, and love.
Add boiled soybeans to 3 and mix quickly, then add soy milk while watching.
Pour the mixture into a scone mold, and the dried soybeans on top, then bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
*These scones are rich in isoflavones. Serve with clotted cream and black bean paste.
