Ingredient

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • a little Salt
  • 60 g Butter
  • 50 g Sweet bean paste
  • a little Sugar
  • 40 cc Milk
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Sift the flour and baking powder.
  • Add butter to 1 and mix until smooth.
  • Add salt and sugar to 2.
  • Mix sweet Azuki beans and love into 3.
  • Add milk a little at a time to 4, and knead to earlobe level.
  • Die cut 5 with a scone cutter and bake at 180degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

*This is a festive scone. Why don't you try them with clotted cream and sweet bean paste?
