Ingredient

  • 100 g Dumpling powder
  • 50 g Sweet soybean paste
  • 90 cc lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon granulated sugar
  • a little salt
  • a little sesame oil
  • plenty love

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together dango flour, salt,granulated sugar, and love.
  • Add lukewarm water to the mixture and mix well. Make it as soft as an earlobe.
  • 3.Pour the mixture into an aluminum case and mix1/3 of the sweetened beans.
  • 4. flatten and decorate the top with the remaining sweet natto.
  • Put 4 into a steamer, cover with a lid, and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
  • 6.After steaming, brush the top with sesame oil.

Notes

This is a very simple but gorgeous dessert. You can also add it to Osechi.
