Fried Tofu Quiche

Ingredient

  • 2 Fried tofu
  • 100 cc Soy milk
  • 2 Egg
  • a little Salt
  • a little Pepper
  • 1 tsp Anchovy paste
  • 1 Sausage
  • 2 pieces Broccoli 
  • 50 g Cheesefor pizza
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Soak fried tofu and wipe oil.
  • Put fried tofu in a baking resistant container.
  • Steam broccoli
  • Cut sausage into 0.5 cm width.
  • Mix soy milk, egg, salt, pepper, and anchovy paste with love.
  • Put 3 and 4 into 2.
  • Pour 5 into 6, then put shred cheese on top.
  • Bake 7 in an oven at 180℃ for 40 minutes.

Notes

* It is really healthy using fried tofu instead of quiche.
