Mix rape flower, and carrot with tofu

Ingredient
- 1/2 bag Rape flowers
- 10 cm Carrot
- 75 g Tofu
- 2 tbsp White sesame
- 1 tsp White miso
- 1 tbsp White soy sauce
- a little Salt
- a lot Love
Instructions
- Cut rape flowers into 2cm and steam until it becomes soft.
- Cut carrot into 2cm rectangle slice and steam until it becomes soft.
- Wrap the tofu with paper to drain water.
- Crash white sesame.
- Add4 and white miso to 3.
- Put white soy sauce to 5.
- Mix salt and 6 well.
- Mix 1,2, and 7, and serve.

*It is good for spring. Especially, good for girl’s festival.
