Prick the entire surface of a chicken breast with a fork and put water (50cc), sugar(1tsp), and salt (1tbsp) then rub 100 times.
Put cooking wine, salt, pepper on 1, then rub.
Put leek and ginger on 2, then heat for 10 minutes in a microwave.
Make miso sauce. Mix chopped fried walnuts, ginger, leek, miso, soy sauce, and chicken steamed soup.
Thin slice 3 and put 4 on top and serve.
