Baked dried tofu with lotus roots

- 2 Dried tofu
- 100 cc Kelp broth
- 2 tbsp White soy sauce
- one piece Ginger
- 1/2 Lotus roots
- 50 g Flour
- 100 cc Water
- a lot Love
Soak dried tofu with warm water for 15 minutes.
Squeeze 1 with hands to remove water.
Cook 2 with kelp broth, white soy soy sauce, and sliced ginger with love.
Slice lotus roots and soak in 50-degree hot water.
Put mixed flour and water around 3, then put 4.
Bake 5 for 30 minutes at 200℃.
*Dried tofu has saponin to promote metabolism, isoflavone like female hormone, lecithin to activate brain, fiber, and mineral
