Baked dried tofu with lotus roots

Ingredient

  • 2 Dried tofu
  • 100 cc Kelp broth
  • 2 tbsp White soy sauce
  • one piece Ginger
  • 1/2 Lotus roots
  • 50 g Flour
  • 100 cc Water
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Soak dried tofu with warm water for 15 minutes.
  • Squeeze 1 with hands to remove water.
  • Cook 2 with kelp broth, white soy soy sauce, and sliced ginger with love.
  • Slice lotus roots and soak in 50-degree hot water.
  • Put mixed flour and water around 3, then put 4.
  • Bake 5 for 30 minutes at 200℃.

*Dried tofu has saponin to promote metabolism, isoflavone like female hormone, lecithin to activate brain, fiber, and mineral
