Fried chicken with burdock

- 1 Chicken thigh
- 2 tbsp Garlic soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 tbsp Ginger juice
- 1 Burdock
- 50 g Flour
- 100 cc Water
- a lot Love
Season chicken with garlic soy sauce, cooking wine, and ginger juice and love
Slice burdock
Cut 1 into bite size pieces.
Mix flour and water, then put around 3.
Bake 4 for 30 minutes at 200℃.
* Burdock has a lot of fibers and minerals, it is one of New Year dishes.
