Ingredient

Skin

  • 130 g Strong flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Sugar
  • 80 cc Hot water
  • a little salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Filling

  • 100 g Minced pork
  • 2 Dried Shiitake mushroom
  • 50 cc Shiitake broth
  • 1 Leek
  • 1 tbsp Ginger juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Miso
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • a little Pepper
  • A lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix strong flour, baking powder, sugar, hot water, salt, and sesame oil and knead, then wait for 15 minutes.
  • Soak dried shiitake in water and chop.
  • Chop leek.
  • Mix 2, 3, minced pork, shiitake broth (from2), ginger juice, soy sauce, miso, sesame oil, salt, and pepper with love and knead it well.
  • Divide 4 into 6 parts, then make balls.
  • Divide 1 into 6 parts and roll with rolling pin.
  • Put 5 on 6 and wrap.
  • Steam 7 for 8 minutes.

Notes

*It is easy to make because of the baking powder. You can eat them with chili oil.
