Pumpkin skin Scone

- 200 g Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 100 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 200 g Pumpkin skin
- a little Salt
- 30 cc Milk
- 36 g(2pieces) Cream cheese(kiri)
- a lot Love
Please use pumpkin skin after making Halloween muffins
Sift the flour and baking powder.
Mix butter and 2 well.
Add sugar, cream cheese, salt, chopped pumpkin skin to 3 with love and mix.
Add milk to 4 if 4 is not soft like earlobe.
Die-cut 5 with scone cutter.
Bake 6 at 200℃ for 15 minutes.
*There are a lot of B carotene in pumpkin skin. Don’t throw skin!
