Pumpkin skin Scone

Ingredient

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 200 g Pumpkin skin
  • a little Salt
  • 30 cc Milk
  • 36 g(2pieces) Cream cheese(kiri)
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Please use pumpkin skin after making Halloween muffins
  • Sift the flour and baking powder.
  • Mix butter and 2 well.
  • Add sugar, cream cheese, salt, chopped pumpkin skin to 3 with love and mix.
  • Add milk to 4 if 4 is not soft like earlobe.
  • Die-cut 5 with scone cutter.
  • Bake 6 at 200℃ for 15 minutes.

Notes

*There are a lot of B carotene in pumpkin skin. Don’t throw skin!
