Ginger flavor Pumpkin and Amazake soup

Ingredient

  • 50 g Pumpkin
  • 10 g Onion
  • 300 cc Kelp broth
  • 200 cc Amazake (non-alcohol)
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 Japanese parsley
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Thin slice pumpkin and onion.
  • Boil 1 with kelp broth until pumpkin becomes soft.
  • Put 2 into mixer and crush.
  • Put 3 into pot, and add amazake, chopped ginger with love to 3 and warm.
  • Put Japanese parsley on 4.

Notes

*It has a very refreshing taste. Ginger and Amazake is good combination.
