Jew’s mallow soup

Servings: 2 people

  • 20 g Jew’s mallow
  • 150 cc Broth
  • 150 cc Soy milk
  • 1 tsp White soy sauce
  • a little Salt
  • a lot Love


  • Chop Jew’s mallow.
  • Put broth and 1 with love into a pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add soy milk to 2 and seasoned with salt and white soy sauce.


Jew’s mallow has a lot of calcium and fiber which melt with water. It help to remove cholesterol.
