Ladies’ fingers rice

- 3 cup Rice
- 3 Sour plums
- 9 Ladies’ fingers
- 3 tbsp Sesame
- 10 g Sea seeds
- 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- a lot Love
Cooked rice with sour plums.
Thin slice ladies’ fingers.
Soak seaweeds and cut into bite –size pieces.
Mix 2, 3, sesame, and soy sauce with love.
Put 1 into a bowl and put 4 on it, then serve.
Stickiness of ladies’ fingers is fiber. It has a lot of β carotene, potassium, calcium. It has also a lot of Vitamin B1 so it prevent summer fatigue.
