Ladies’ fingers rice

  • 3 cup Rice
  • 3 Sour plums
  • 9 Ladies’ fingers
  • 3 tbsp Sesame
  • 10 g Sea seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • a lot Love


  • Cooked rice with sour plums.
  • Thin slice ladies’ fingers.
  • Soak seaweeds and cut into bite –size pieces.
  • Mix 2, 3, sesame, and soy sauce with love.
  • Put 1 into a bowl and put 4 on it, then serve.


Stickiness of ladies’ fingers is fiber. It has a lot of β carotene, potassium, calcium. It has also a lot of Vitamin B1 so it prevent summer fatigue.
