Octopus with cucumber in Japanese style
Octopus, cucumber, lemon juice, and sesame oil are sharpen our appetite.

- 150 g Boiled octopus
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Spring onion
- A lot Love
Cut octopus into bite-size pieces and pour hot water on it
Cut cucumber into 2cm pieces.
Mix salt, sugar, lemon juice, and sesame oil well.
Chop spring onion.
Mix 1.2.3.4 and Love, then cool them in the refrigerator.
