Octopus with cucumber in Japanese style

Octopus, cucumber, lemon juice, and sesame oil are sharpen our appetite.

  • 150 g Boiled octopus
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • A lot Love


  • Cut octopus into bite-size pieces and pour hot water on it
  • Cut cucumber into 2cm pieces.
  • Mix salt, sugar, lemon juice, and sesame oil well.
  • Chop spring onion.
  • Mix and Love, then cool them in the refrigerator.
