Scone made with Sake lees
Sake lees improve intestinal environment. It also has vitamin B, so it makes skin as well.

- 40 g Sake lees
- 15 g Sugar
- 50 cc Milk
- 1 Egg (Medium size)
- 220 g Flour
- 5 g Baking powder
- 40 g Butter
- Mascarpone cheese
- Sweet red beans
- A lot Love
Mix the Sake lees, sugar, and egg well.
Mix the flour and baking powder well
Add butter to 2
Mix 1, 3, and love and roll out a little.
Cut scones out of 4 with a scone cutter.
Bake 5 for 20 min. in a 200℃
Serve the scones with mascarpone cheese and sweet red beans
