Gratin of Yam
Tofu is really healthy food. Tofu and yam is really good combination.

- 300 g Tofu
- 400 g Yam
- 2 pieces Spicy raw cod
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- A lot Love
- Green leaves of parsley or mint
Drain the Tofu for a while.
Peel the Taro and a grate it.
Peel the spicy raw cod. Remove the peel from spicy raw cod.
Mix 2, 3, mayonnaise, and love.
Put tofu into a container and mash it.
Put 4 on 5 and bake it at 200℃ for 10 min.
After baking, put parsley leaves on 6.
