Gratin of Yam

Tofu is really healthy food. Tofu and yam is really good combination.

Ingredient

  • 300 g Tofu
  • 400 g Yam
  • 2 pieces Spicy raw cod
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • A lot Love
  • Green leaves of parsley or mint

Instructions

  • Drain the Tofu for a while.
  • Peel the Taro and a grate it.
  • Peel the spicy raw cod. Remove the peel from spicy raw cod.
  • Mix 2, 3, mayonnaise, and love.
  • Put tofu into a container and mash it.
  • Put 4 on 5 and bake it at 200℃ for 10 min.
  • After baking, put parsley leaves on 6.
