Boiled eggplants with minced chicken

Eggplants goes well with oil and minced chicken.

Ingredient

  • 2 Eggplants
  • 70 g Minced chicken
  • 150 cc Water
  • 1 piece Ginger 1/2 thumb–size
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Gochujang ( Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Potato starch
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Cut the egg plants into bite-size pieces and put them into 50℃ hot water.
  • Put the sesame oil and 1 into a frying pan and stir a little.
  • Add water, grated ginger, sugar, and gochujang to 2 and cook at medium heat.
  • When the egg plants become soft, add water and potato starch.
