Boiled eggplants with minced chicken
Eggplants goes well with oil and minced chicken.

- 2 Eggplants
- 70 g Minced chicken
- 150 cc Water
- 1 piece Ginger 1/2 thumb–size
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Gochujang ( Korean red chili paste)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp Potato starch
- 1 tbsp Water
- a lot Love
Cut the egg plants into bite-size pieces and put them into 50℃ hot water.
Put the sesame oil and 1 into a frying pan and stir a little.
Add water, grated ginger, sugar, and gochujang to 2 and cook at medium heat.
When the egg plants become soft, add water and potato starch.
