Light pickled cucumber
Pickled cucumber is good for not only rice but wine.

- 1 Cucumber
- a pinch Salt
- 30 cc Plum vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dried red plum leaves
- a lot Love
Slice the cucumber, mix salt with the pieces, and leave for a while until water comes out
