Tenpura of sweet potato and dried young sardine

Sweet potato has a lot of vitamin C and fiber. Sardine has calcium. This is healthy dish.

Ingredient

  • 100 g Sweet potato
  • 10 g Dried young sardine
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Potato flour
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • moderate amount Rice oil
  • a lot Love
  • moderate amount Red Japanese basil salt

Instructions

  • Thinly slice sweet potato and put it into 50 degree hot water.
  • Mix flour, potato flour, water, and love.
  • Mix 1, dried young sardine, and 2.
  • Deep fry 3 in rice oil at 180 degree.
  • Serve 4 with red Japanese basil salt.
