Sakura Japanese steamed cake
This is one of Japanese sweet. It is tasty and scent is good.

- 100 g Flour
- 100 g Sugar
- 300 cc Water
- 1 tsp Flakes of Sakura flower
- 1 tsp Sakura liquor
- 8 Salted cherry blossoms
- a lot Love
Mix flour and sugar.
Soak salted cherry blossoms in water.
Put water into 1 and mix well.
Add flakes of sakura flower and sakura liquor and love to 3.
Pour 4 into a heat resistant container.
Put 2 on 5.
Steam 6 in a microwave and heat for 8min. at 700W.
Cut 6 pieces of 7 and serve.
