Sakura Japanese steamed cake

This is one of Japanese sweet. It is tasty and scent is good.

Ingredient

  • 100 g Flour
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 300 cc Water
  • 1 tsp Flakes of Sakura flower
  • 1 tsp Sakura liquor
  • 8 Salted cherry blossoms
  • a lot Love

Instructions

  • Mix flour and sugar.
  • Soak salted cherry blossoms in water.
  • Put water into 1 and mix well.
  • Add flakes of sakura flower and sakura liquor and love to 3.
  • Pour 4 into a heat resistant container.
  • Put 2 on 5.
  • Steam 6 in a microwave and heat for 8min. at 700W.
  • Cut 6 pieces of 7 and serve.
